So the 21 day sugar detox did not go well for me AT ALL. Like most diets I started off good. I have a food journal and I prepared my food at night for work the next day. I think I lasted 4 days… Even though I love to work out I am horrible at eating healthy. I feel pretty bad about it that’s why it took me so long to update you all. I will try it again but not anytime soon. Instead I’m going to try a bite size challenge to help me jump start a healthier lifestyle. 7 days seems pretty easy and if all goes well I can just extend it another 7 days. Sort of like tricking myself into thinking it’s not so hard. So here is the plan:
The only things I may struggle with are no soda, no bread, and no sweets lol. That’s like half the list. I would love it if you all join me in this challenge. I will be sure to let you know how it goes promptly this time.
